Includes your lot fee in Northpark. Also includes 6 adult park passes, picnic table, firepit, plenty of yard space under trees (can have a very large party and yard games). You can put up overnight tents in your space for $15 per tent, per night. Not Included is a $25 exit/clean-up fee. You must bring your own linens, pillows, dishes, pots, pans, soaps, towels and toilet paper. A $300 damage deposit is required up front at check in. No pets allowed.
